The build, and its updates
The current build, and every 1.x update published after your purchase, at no further cost. They appear on your dashboard as they ship.
A build macOS trusts
Signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so the first open is an ordinary confirmation rather than a refusal.
An account that lasts
Your purchase is recorded against an account you sign into with a one-time link. No password to keep, nothing to renew.
Analysis that stays here
Every measurement happens on your computer. The app requires no account for analysis. Optional update checks and problem reports are described in the privacy details.
One purchase covers both. From 1.5.6, each version is published for Mac and for Windows, and both are on your dashboard. The Windows build is not yet code-signed, so Windows shows a SmartScreen warning the first time; here is exactly what it says.
What fifty dollars is not
It is not a subscription: nothing renews, and nothing charges you again on its own. It is not a rental, and it is not a licence that expires — the build you download stays yours and keeps working whether or not you ever come back. There is no free version and no trial of the current build.
What it does buy is the build itself, for Mac and for Windows. The Mac build is signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so the first open is the ordinary confirmation rather than a refusal. The Windows build is not yet code-signed, so Windows shows a SmartScreen warning once; the install guide shows the two clicks. Both are the files listed on your dashboard, each with a checksum you can verify.
